The ingredients
- Protein butternut pasta
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- Handful of baby spinach
- Olive oil
- 1 stock cube
- Salt, pepper & chilli flakes
The method
- Slice cherry tomatoes in half
- Cut baby spinach
- Cook pasta as instructed in water & stock cube (as stated on packaging)
- Drain & leave to cool
- Add olive oil, spinach & tomatoes
- Add seasoning to taste
- Mix all together with pasta
& enjoy!
