The ingredients
1 & 1/2 cups of feta cheese
30g softened cream cheese
2 garlic cloves
1 & 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons That Sauce Company pesto
The method
Place crumbled feta cheese and cream cheese in a food processor. Blend until incorporated.
Add chopped garlic and pulse a few more times.
Add olive oil and pulse again, then add lemon juice and pulse again.
Then, finally add in the pesto and pulse just a few more seconds.
Put in a bowl and serve immediately, or it can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
